Oh heyyyyooooo!!!! Well, well, well….look who’s back!!! Oh boy…where do I EVEN start?So, here it goes. After a longgggg (over a year:/) hiatus…I’m happy to say, From Fries To Fit has finally made a return. Lol. I’m not gonna sit here and bore you with everything that’s gone on within this past year that I haven’t been writing, but I will say…life keeps you on your toes, I mean…life has flipped upside down, and now, I’m returning to find a very happy balance. That is, in life, love, and health.
I no longer obsess or have anxiety over being in perfect shape, counting every calorie, or bingeing. Every lil bit of progress that I’ve made this past year has made my quality of life so much better. Who cares if you fluctuate a few pounds. That’s life. So whatever. With that being said… My posts starting now, will be more focused on what I truly enjoy…and that is cooking, family, travel, healthy living, style, decor, and entertaining. Not constant posts about training and fitness. To. Be honest, that just ended up sending me into a whirlwind of constantly trying to keep up.

In more recent news, lol….I now have short hair. Well…it was short. Now, I’m all…”long hair, don’t care!” I’m growing it. Woohoo. It’s finally past the awkward stage. Girls, you know what I mean by this. Color wise…still ombre. Honestly, it may be a bit 2013, but IDGAF. It’s low maintenance and I’m kinda feelin’ it. Welp…there they are. My favorite peeps. Been very fortunate to be spending a lot more time hangin’ with my cute lil fam. Oh look…I’m drinking a margarita…what a surprise. Lol. Here we are enjoying a vegan night out ( brothers’ a veg.) at Gracias Madre in LA. I love this pic because we rarely go out to eat as a family. We are much more, at home BBQ type folks, but I gotta tell ya…as a non vegan, I realllly enjoyed the food! The restaurant is STUNNING, the bar is really rustic looking with a very open feel. The outdoor space is…I mean, forget it. Cozy, inviting, and a bit old Mexico style. I highly recommend it. Even just for the chips, salsa, and a jalapeño margarita with your girls;)
My other loves….these boys. Been spending a bit of time, as of lately, traveling back n forth from the Bay Area visiting my man (we switch off every 12 days lol) and his big, bear faced rot, Sonny. Swooooon. (You all know my crazy poodle mix, Wilbur already<3) Ok, yes. It’s long distance, but not by far. Yes, it’s hard, but we make it work… And, yes, crazy and for each other.;) Anyway…love this pic. Typical Sunday at the parental unit, eating lots of Argentinian BBQ meat and chorizo. Das right.
Since I’ve seen you last on FF2F…I’ve picked up a new hobby. Yep. So into it. I mean…I haven’t yet played an actual game lmao…but working on my swing like a profeshhhh. With a coach n’ all. Say what you will now betches, soon enough…I’ll be Tiger Woods’n circles around your asses. Lol. In the sun, beer in hand, and someone else carrying my clubs. Byeeee. Wouldn’t thaaaaat be niceeeee!? I figured this sport, and yes, I consider it a sport…not just a game, would be a nice switch up from my typical crazy workouts, or more extreme sports I’ve played. It’s all about enjoying the outdoors and not being so hard on my body.
Within the past year…all my besties are now preggo, married, or engaged. Lol. Lots of showers of all sorts to plan. Can’t wait to share pics and ideas!
Probably the most influential part of this year, was this woman right here. My beautiful grandmother who was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. After 30 years of us living in the states, and her in Argentina…we were finally able to get her here to spend the rest of her life with us, her family. Only positive and happy vibes from here on out…and a mammogram ASAP. I don’t care if I’m only 31. Early detection is key babes.

- 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp agave or sugar free honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/8 cup unsweeted shredded coconut
- (1/8 cup more chopped pineapple for topping.)
- Optional: drizzle with sugar free houney, agave, or top with crushed nuts. (will add a few extra cals though)
Hello lovely friends! Hope everyone had a fabulous & safe Memorial Weekend! I spent the weekend in Santa Barbara & Los Olivos for a little wine tasting. It really was great to get away for a few days. Los Olivos is one of my FAVORITE weekend getaways.

Anyway…just thought I’d share a few of my top! Moving into this new week, (since the past three days have been gluttonous) I’m back on track with my diet.
TODAY will be a very LOW CARB! Lol, this is what my extreme ass does when coming off a HIGH CARB, I don’t give a fakkkk weekend. I go the other extreme.
*egg whites…chicken breast…lettuce. no joke.
Todays recipe, is one that I made last week, but didn’t get the chance to share yet. I just cant get enough of pineapple lately, so I’ve been puttin’ that shit on everrrrrrythang! As you know, I often find inspiration for trying new experiments through my Instagram friends.
While scrolling through, I noticed the homie, @fitseed , post a delicious lookin’ Pineapple Coconut Cake. I was like, “ooooommmggeeeeeee!” Yep. Making this NOW! I had all the ingredients, plus a few subs, so I got to mixin.
You can find the recipe above. The Instructions could not be EASIER!
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 *
- GREASE A SMALL LOAF PAN OR ANY CUTE/SMALL PIE PAN;) (I use coconut oil spray from TJs)
- MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL. (Protein, coconut flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, cinnamon, pinch of salt)
- NOW ADD WET INGREDIENTS. (egg whites, vanilla extract, SF honey or agave)
- FOLD IN 1/8 CUP CHOPPED PINEAPPLE
- COOK FOR 12-15 MINS. (She says 30 min, but mine cooked much faster in my breville convection oven.)
The best part of this whole thing….is eggggzactly that. This recipe is for 1 serving!!! That means…you get to eat the WHOLE thing! Ok, here’s the breakdown of the nutritional facts.
REMEMBER: SUBTRACT THE DIETARY FIBER FROM THE CARBS TO CALCULATE “NET” CARBS.
(Carbs that come from fiber have a minimal affect on blood sugar)

So this whole breakfast, Which will FOR SURE keep you full for a good while, is only 298 calories!!!
I keep my meals around 300 calories each, 5 X a day. This is on point! It doesn’t taste healthy, but IT ISSSSS BETCHES!
These types of “protein cakes” are my favorite meal for a good strength training day. Lots of protein, healthy cabs, and fat. With only 4.5 grams of sugar…I mean…c’mon. You all need to try this. It takes NOOOO TIME!:)
**You can top it with a little more chopped pineapple, or chopped banana, or maybe some cushed nuts. What the Hell…Just play with it. Be aware of added calories for optional toppings:/

Anyway, today, Thursday morning at 6:00 A.M. I have finally busted out my old ass Macbook Pro and sat at my desk to bring you a very much awaited post. I’ve been dying to post this YUMMMMYYY ass recipe Of….wait for it…..
MANGO COCONUT CHIA SEED PUDDING
I was stoked to receive a great package from Mamma Chia to try out and to share my opinion. I am NOOOOOO stranger to the wonderful benefits of chia seeds. Let me tell you. I’ve always LOVED a great chia pudding! In one tablespoon of chia you will consume 2,430 mg Omega-3s, 4 grams fiber, 3 grams complete protein, and ONLY 60 calories!!!
In wanting to try a new recipe, I started researching some of the blogs I follow for inspiration.
I found the perfect recipe to share! This recipe is by my homegirl over at Skinnytaste.com, and she killed it with this recipe for:
MANGO COCONUT CHIA SEED PUDDING
I followed it pretty much to how she made it, and the results were incredible!!!! Just a few key ingredients, and you’ve got yourself a bowl of SUPERFOOD heaven!
The recipe is listed above, but again:
- 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3/4 cup fresh ripe mango, diced
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened reduced fat shredded coconut
- 4-6 drops liquid stevia(or agave/honey to taste)
- In a bowl, add 2 tbsp CHIA seeds & Unsweetened Reduced Fat Shredded COCONUT
- Add your Light Coconut Milk (I used this one), and your Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. ( I use this one) & your sweetener of choice. I used my fave sugar free honey by Natures Hollow.
- Mix and beat with a fork and you will begin to notice the chia seeds and mix become gelatinous. THIS IS GOOD!
- Now, fold in your very ripe chunks of mango.
- Place in fridge for and hr or two. WOWOWOWOWOWO!!!!
Servings: 2 • Size: 1 cup •Calories: 159.1 • Fat: 9.6 g • Protein: 3.6 g • Carb: 17.9 g • Fiber: 6.5 g • Sugar: 9.2 g Sodium: 52.2 mg Before I get into this fabulous MAMMA CHIA giveaway, I wanted to share with you (if you already don’t know) The AMAZING benefits of CHIA seeds. This right here, is the best part about these recipes…. U literally throw everything into a food processor and pulse, Pulse PULSE!

KALE HEMP SEED FLATBREAD
Again…I repeat..YOU DO NOT NEED A DEHYDRATOR FOR THESE…YOU CAN MAKE THEM IN THE OVEN TOO!
Have fun with these! Cut them into any shape!
Holy delicious and FULL OF FLAVOR! If you notice, in the recipe, it does give both dehydrator & oven instruction for a NO FAIL first try! I personally love using my dehydrator for theses because I maintain all essential nutrients and enzymes. When you use the oven, make sure to use on a very low temp.
Once finished, and ready to devour…you can top with absolutely anything!!!! I love me some avocado, so I smushed a bit on top, added some diced cherry tomatoes and topped with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. Freakin #nomnom.
So, I love anything with a bit of a sweet touch. Lol. This beet flatbread was incredible!
Made with beets, apples, almond flour, chia, etc…..it has the most amazing sweet & nutty flavor. I died over this.
I made mine, again, in a dehydrator to keep them raw. (Nothing above 110 degrees) below are directions for both oven and dehydrator. Most of you already know that I like to keep to a pretty gluten free, low carb diet, so this book really shouted out to me. When keeping to that kind of diet, I feel fantastic. I am full of energy, never dragging ass, and when I slip and have my typical once a wk carb-0-load….I really pay for it.
Bloated, uncomfortable, and heavy. Not cute.
With that being said…the chances of me going out and buying “crackers” is outta the f*@kin question. This e-book from my friends has made, NOT eating “flour” an absolute joy. Lol. Sounds cray, but seriously….
You can even keep this spread solid & thinner (without cutting into squares) and make sandwich wraps!
I had some leftover raw zucchinis, so I threw them in my vitamix and made RAW ZUCCHINI HUMMUS! this goes fabulous with these beet flatbread squares! The the creamy & tartness from the tahini & lemon in the hummus pairs beautifully with the sweet and salty if the flatbread! It’s amazing.
You FOR SURE will not regret spending 5 bucks on this Incredible book!

Hey guys! Hope everyone enjoyed a fabulous weekend off! I had a super relaxing and fun weekend. Well, full of errands, but also full of fam and friends time:) got a couple if really great workouts in as well. That always makes me feel amazing. Sunday we did the Santa Monica Stairs, and today, I took a great barre class at Exhale in the gorgeous Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica. Nice switch up from Sundays cardio. We smashed those stairs though, for real. My calves were begging for mercy in Barre today! Lol.

These wines are sooo perfect for this beautiful sunny weather we are having! They are not heavy on the alcohol, so you will not feel like a sack of rocks, but also very light and crisp. For me…there is nothing light a glass of chilled white in the warm weather!
The first one I tried from my lil swag bag, was the Brancott Pinot Grigio.
Clearly, this is a fun wine to enjoy with a girlfriend! I mean, you could also enjoy with the boyfriend..with fam…or at home alone like a creep too. Lol. I headed to my friend Jule’s house for some snacks and give this a go. We are both into clean eating and lighter fare, so this was our girls evening!
* RAW WALNUTS
Ook, so…the bottle seemed to have gone wayyyyy to fast. It was a warm night in the valley, and it was just what the doc ordered. Super crisp with a nice clean finish. It was delectable! Absolutely nothing heavy about this wine at all!
In fact, Jules was even asking about getting a case for an upcoming party. What I loved, was that there was nothing complicated about it. Really can be paired with a lot! This particular Pinot Grigio captures wonderful floral notes, ripe apple and nashi pear & pure freshness. Full of taste and lighter in calories. (A freakin bonus!)
The other gem that I tried was baby! The Sauvignon Blanc.
Now this one…now this one was a family affair! We all had a bit with our Easter Argentinian BBQ;)
Dad was “Grill Master” of course, and he neverrrrr lets down!
Dinner consisted of:
**ENTRAÑA (skirt steak)
**SALAD (traditional oil/vinegar)
YEP. That could could NOT get anymore Argentinian!
The Sauvignon Blanc is definitely a a bit more full-flavored. Still very crisp but also a smooth finish. For upcoming info check into their facebook page and stay in the know!

Hello lovely friends! Hope the week is going smooth sailin for all of you! Since being back from San Francisco, I’ve been laying low and trying to get back on track to clean eating and hard, intense workouts. I’m finally feeling back to normal and less heavy, lol! For those of you interested…my workouts have really changed lately….
1: MORE CARDIO 30-50 mins 5x a week (med-hard + intervals)
2: NOT AS HEAVY weight training
3: using more BODY WEIGHT and less rest.
4: using RESISTANCE BANDS
5: 1-2 REST days
For me…I really love tricking my body everyday and switching it up. This combo has really helped my body get back on track after my binge. Also been incorporating the NIKE TRAINING APP for more of a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT.
Loving this! I must admit..the hardest part, is getting out of bed at 5:30 am to hit the gym .
REMEMBER: The only workout you will regret…is the one you DIDIN’T do!
Today is a short but sweet and yummy vegan post:) lol. Remember I said recently, that I wanted to start cutting out a lot of animal products ?? Well…I’ve been doing exactly that. I mean, no…I’m not going full on vegan or anything, but I gotta say y’all….. Since cutting out a lot of dairy and and meats, I’ve been feeling reallllllly GREAT! Definitely less bloated and lighter on my feet. I’m still always enjoying my egg whites (cage free of course) and occasional salmon and chicken. I just can’t totally cut it out. I enjoy it wayyyyyy to much.
So, as an homage to all my VEGAN HOMIES…I’ve been playing around with my veggies, and came up with this super yummy “steak” lol. You know what I mean…;)
This recipe is soooo easy! You will notice that there are no measurements. That’s because, all you do, is cut that shit up, then sprinkle all these things on my list and bake that shit. Top with some other stuff.. Blah blah. Sooooo easy and DELICIOUS.
BTW…. did you know that cauliflower is the new kale!?!?
Yup! The new superfood. It’s all the rage. Sure…it may cause a little gas…but I mean, shut up.
quick note: make sure you buy A very large one;)
OHHH and… You will probably only get 3 steaks out of it.. So just roast the rest (the pieces that fall) later. NO WASTING!
- 1 Lrg cauliflower : preferably organic and yellow:) You can make it with white cauli too;)
- Coconut Oil spray (i bought the Trader Joe’s one) can also drizzle with EVOO. I did spray for less fat.
- Season with Salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, Kernel Season’s Cheddar seasonings (NON vegan)
- Nutritional yeast for vegan. (adds great cheesy flavor)
- Lissanatti “cheddar shreds” Almond Cheese
- A dollop of Almond Dream PLAIN yogurt (vegan) or Chobani 0% greek yogurt for (NON vegan)
- Chopped parsley
- Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut Thick slices of cauliflower and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with all your seasonings & spices. Flip over carefully and season other side as well.
- I like a bit of browning on both sides, so I generously spray the coconut oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes then…sprinkle your almond cheese over the top & continue to bake till golden and slightly browned and crispy for another 5-10 minutes. About 20-25 minutes total.
- Remove..let cool, and serve with a dollop of “yogurt” and chopped parsley
Color tends to trick the eye…so it’s natural, bright yellow color makes me think I’ve got loads of cheese on it, when really, it’s just sprinkled;)

Goood lordy I’ve been a bit MIA, I do apologize! Although I don’t have a recipe to share with y’all today, I DO have a fun post for you!;)
If you don’t already know, a couple of my best girlfriends live in the heart of beautiful San Francisco, and I was in dyer need of a mini vacation;)
So I arrived Friday early morning, by the way….SOOOO proud of myself for navigating my “awful sense of direction self ” though the BART system. phweeeeee! lol. Such a nervous dork….”um, excuse me sir…this way? Oh um, can you help me figure the ticket machine??” Bahahahaha wtf.
Anyway…. I made it alive and managed to walk…with my luggage…all the way from my stop, to my girlfriends house. That was my workout for the whole 4 days. Woops.
Unfortunately this pic does not do this view justice. It looks gloomy out, but in reality it was sunny and high 60’s low 70’s the whole time. I am one lucky betch!
Walking through the streets, yes…with my luggage (total tourist) a dropped everything to snap a pic of some gorgeous fresh flowers. Flowers are a weakness. Obsessed. So much variety, full of color, absolutely STUNNING!
Omggggggg…now THAT’S a view babes! Over looking the bay on Telegraph Hill. My friends are blessed to wake up to this every morning. WOW.
O, so this pic right here…prrrrrety much sums up all my faves at once. Well, I lied actually…that German Riesling (trader Joe’s ) not my fave…but otherwise, the view, the triple cream cheese, prosciutto, figs, and nuts…HOT DAMN! I swear I could eat that everyday. Headed to Nat’s favorite local bar and met up with some friends;) by last call…we almost got into a fight with the lady who wouldn’t let us use the pool table (cuz she kept winning, bitch) lol.
Caught an Uber , and stumbled are way up the stairs to her building.
Pretty safe to say…the next morning, was a bit rough. Lol. We had planned to go to a boot camp class at 9:30 am at the local StudioMix, but we decided that walking to breakfast would be a much better workout. Hangovers justify laziness.
But hey, at least we have our workout clothes on…..
After breakfast, we walked, & WaLkEd..& WALKED! Up and down loadz of hills, of course feeling better after some food. Nat took me allllll over the city. No joke. We were feelin grrrrreat! So, it’s 5 o’clock somewhererreeee! Maybe it was time to try out some local brewskis! Lol
We stopped at Magnolia to try a super delicious Kalifornia Kölsch hand crafted and local beer. Not quite a shot glass, but not quite a pint. Just right.
Oh yes, and the San Francisco FOOD TOUR continues…..
We HADto hit up TARTINE of course. This was our lunch spot. TARTINE is one of SF’s most well known restaurants. Mostly famous for this ridiculous bread pudding. Omgggggg. Gimme gimme moreeeee.
Here’s the problem…you walk up…you order…they hand you the dessert first, since it’s already prepared. Then, you go sit down with your number and wait for your actual lunch.
Well…..in the next shot you will see what we ordered. But in the meantime, let’s talk about HOW THE FUCK YOU’RE GONNA MAKE ME STARE AT MY DESSERT WHILE STARVING WITH NO LUNCH IN FRONT OF ME!!!
SO……we ate dessert before lunch. Bahahahahahaha.
We of course ordered the bread pudding, and I just HAD to try the lemon bar. I LOVE anything lemon. I had to.
So we both sat…moaned and ga-ga’d..(call it an orgasm) and devoured that shit. Wowowowowowow. It was so worth it, and people were staring. Then you see it…now you don’t.
Lunch is served…. Holy grail of GRILLED CHEESE! The “cheese tasting” sandwich. 3 different melted cheeses inside a perfectly pressed and crusty panini. Served with a delicious pickled carrot, and a green salad. This is where I gained pound 5.
We continued to walk and attempt to digest. This is what I appreciate most about this city. People are out..people walk everywhere..the art. Omg the STREET ART is just…OUT OF THIS WORLD. everywhere you look, vibrant splashes of color on the walls. Like real artists…not just all that gross tagging with sharpie shit you see all over LA.
The day, unfortunately, was coming to an end. I had to be at the airport by six. Of course, our thoughts immediately went to, ” well, I mean…..we have to have a last meal!”
Jesus. Here it comes.
DELFINA. There are no words.
Main course…. Broccoli Raab pizza.
Dessert…. Almond brittle gelato & blood orange sorbet.
Well. That was my idea of a fuckin vacation! I ate and drank through the damn city like a champ. Thank you to my beautiful friends who showed me such a wonderful time! Love u.

Alright y’all. I’ve been home now 4 days, and wanted to wait to post this so that I could review this 3 day cleanse by Juice Crafters. First…I chose juice crafters cuz they were close to my house, but a lot of the cold pressed juice pleases have a cleanse of their own in which I’m sure, serve the same purpose and give similar results.
So here’s the deal. I was soooo ready for this. I’ve never been sooo excited to NOT eat, in my life. I needed to shrink that tummy back up. I’ve never been a “juice cleanse” type person, but I was ready to try something new.
I chose the #1 Master Cleanse
It’s a 3-day detox (no food) in which you receive 8 juices a day for three days. That’s right, clear your freakin fridge and make room. Each day you will consume the following:
Greenest #3 (the greenest of the day)
Cleaner #10 (lots of pineapple, apple, mint..bomb)
Rootier #6 ( beets, ginger, lemon,apple, & more)
Alkaline Tonic #13(cayenne, apple, lemon,ginger..zesty)
Cleanse Guru #12 (cucumber, coconut,mint)
Almond Nut Milk #15 (heaven in your mouth)

It felt like a breeze! I felt amazing and light as a feather! I really thought I would be a shaky crabby bitch on this but frankly, I was never really hungry. Lol. Consuming 8 of these is actually very filling and a bit of a task to get them down every 2 hrs. They were DELICIOUS, but I mean…I wasn’t like, pounding them, you know?! So by the time I would finish one, it was time for another;) perf!
In fact, it went so well, that I added a 4th day! I know!
The only thing about this. Type of cleansing….I was always cold!! Lol
Oh, and I couldn’t do any strength training at the gym. Just did light cardio and walked a lot. Fine with me, I felt like a skinny bitch!
Today is my first day eating actual food.

I’m really thinking about trying to become more PLANTPOWER lady. Lol. Time to cut out a lot of animal products. Maybe a figure out FINALLY what makes me so bloated. Perhaps dairy? Hmmm. This is gonna be an experiment.

Happy hump day babes!!! So far the week has been quite busy, and I’ve been fortunate enough to squeeze in some really amazing workouts as well. I’ve only had a few days this month where my feet have flared up. Thank you geeeezuzzz! ( if you don’t know, I had to quit Zumba sadly due to gnarly foot pain) I’ve been powering through, and avoiding too much pressure and compression on my lil tootsies. It’s been fun though getting creative in the gym I must say though.
Anyway, last week we had an actual rainy and semi-cold weekend ( for LA, LOL) which inspired this next recipe! Finally, I’m sharing a SAVORY recipe! Whattttttt!?!?!? I know, not my usual…but I think it was time, don’t you!? So with that cozy weather last week….I was in need of a hearty, protein rich soup.
One night, while pinning….I came across a recipe that inspired this baby. Of course….I had to do some adjustments;) I wish I could give a shoutout to the chickie who originally posted this on Pinterest…but paper entry I didn’t pin it. Hmmm weird.
Here it is…in all it’s EFFIN glory! This recipe makes quite a large batch, so I would either: FREEZE IT…OR PORTION IT OUT FOR A WEEK OF MEAL PREP!
It will have 5-6 servings, although I calculated it for 5 servings… I like big portions;)
- 2 Large chicken breasts. ( I use organic/free range)
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 small can Ortega fire roasted green chillies
- 3 minced cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4-5 cups chicken broth (I use Low Sodium)
- 1½ tsp cumin
- ¾ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup white beans (I used Trader Joes Organic Great Northern beans in can)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen corn
- 4oz fat free cream cheese or lite neufchatel cheese
- juice of ½ a lime
- ¼-1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Optional: grated monterrey jack cheese or cojita cheese & broken up tortilla pieces.
- In a dutch oven or lrg soup pan, heat 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- **Add in chopped onions
- **Add in 2 chicken breasts on med heat
- **Soften onions & sear chicken breast
- **Add minced garlic
- **Add chicken broth
- **Add all spices
- **Bring that to a boil.Once boiling…turn knob to SIMMER.
- **Simmer for 15 minutes.
- **Remove chicken and SHRED it..throw it back in.
- **Add in 4oz fat free cream cheese while on simmer. (It will chunk up, just keep stirring and removing lumps.
- **Add in corn
- **Add in ½ cup of the beans whole & the other ½ cup of the beans blended with a couple tbsp of your broth. This adds thickness and creaminess to the chilli.
- **Add juice of ½ a lime
- Simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Top with an extra squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro, and cheese:)
Here’s a shot of most of the major ingredients…. I forgot to show the fat free cream cheese, but it’s in there. 4 oz of it. It’s super easy to make. Soup is the absolute best! You literally throw shit in a pot….and viola!!!
Also…feel free to add SPICE! As spicy as you would like…amazeballz. Also…I usually make my recipes really low carb…and I promise this is still under my “good carb guidelines”
These beans are high in protein, and there is only ONE CUP of them in the whole recipe. Get into it. Byeeeeee
I topped it with grated low fat Monterrey Jack cheese, a squeeze of lime, and fresh chopped cilantro. OMMMMMGGGGGGGG. I’ve been eating this ishhhh for 4 freakin days, and I’m still not sick of it:) lol
Seriously… Make this ASAP! Oh…especially if you’re in the mid west or east coast..where it’s fuckinnnnn COLD!!!!!

Happppppyyy MONDAY!! This weekend has been awesome! As promised, let’s start with this ridiculous stack of CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES! they are not only super moist, (ew..I hate that word) they are the perfect texture and taste DELICIOUS!
I am a huge activist of pancakes on the weekends, lol. I mean, not “real” pancakes…lol….I mean, MY pancakes;)
I promise…you can eat them WITHOUT all the bad carbs, fat, and sugar. It’s allllll about the substitutions. This recipe calls for very few ingredients. Some may look a little unfamiliar to you, such as…”psyllium husks“ or “coconut flour“ but these products should make an appearance in all of your baking pantries! These are essentials to keeping a healthy “LOW GLYCEMIC” and “LOW CARB” kitchen. Don’t get allll obsessed with the words, low carb, I just mean “BETTER CARBS”
- 1½-2 scoops chocolate whey protein ( I used Cellucor Molten Chocolate)
- 2 tbsp Psyllium Husks
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ cup steamed mushy cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup egg whites. ( I used carton egg whites)
- Use a NON STICK PAN. I LOVVVE Scanpan! on MED. heat.
- To grease pan, I used Natural coconut oil spray. (Found at Trader Joe’s)
- ***Just a little spritz per pancake***
- First mix all dry ingredients and slowly add in all wet, including steamed soft cauliflower. Beat or mix very well.
- Spoon in your batter as to not make too big of pancakes.
Now….this recipe or “stack” is considered 2 servings.
For 3 pancakes..280 cals, fat 7, carbs 2, protein 38.

I have been adding in more cardio intervals. Some “Fasted“, some not, but I have been really noticing a huge difference in my body. I fuckin hate cardio. But seriously. I DO. Just pick a machine and make that heart rate jump up, then come down. Best way to burn fat in short period of time. Interval training!!!! I promise…it’s worth it!
