Staying on the low carb bandwagon can sometimes become difficult if you have a gnarly sweet tooth like me. When I binge, I usually binge on sugar for sure. I’ve devised a list super yummy, and riduculously healthy yet naughty tasting treats for when you just gotta have it! No guilt. I don’t know if anyone has informed you….but, chocolate can be healthy.
Now. When I say this, I’m serious people… Have one, enjoy and move on. You are not making a batch to eat all at once. Think of it as a reserve. Its a treat:) Just because it’s the healthier option doesn’t give you the right to act like a COW. Practice portion control. We all know this. (obviously easier said than done)
