FLAX BAGELS

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil (coconut, olive )
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sugar free honey or syrup. (or reg honey)

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another.With a fork start adding dry into wet little by little until all is combined well.

Bake 17-19 mins
