Anytime I have a gnarly craving for chips, I do this recipe. Of course nothing will ever taste as yummy and naughty as a freakin Kettle chip or a Pringle, but you know what, they’re gross, greasy and full of perservatives. Yes, sure you could go to whole foods and find many healthier options for chips that are maybe all-natural, gluten-free, yada, yada, yada. Whatever.. a chip is a chip is a chip. So, What better way than to create your own chips at home, where you don’t have to wonder what the hell is in them, and you can control what it really going into your body. No crap, simple and delicious. Trust me, you will feel much better if you were to binge on a baggie of these chipies rather than a tube of Pringles. got it!?

  • as much kale as can fit in your roasting pan , leaves broken apart (do not chop too fine) Make sure to evenly space out, not all on top of each other.
  • 1 generous tbsp olive oil drizzled over kale
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast flakes (parma or ramesan)
  • 1 tbsp any spice/season blend you want. I like to use chilli powder or chipotle but whatever works:)
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Toss kale with all the ingredients above in a roasting pan. remember to make sure evenly space them out.

bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.

So easy! They are a great add-on to your packed lunch and I just absolutely love them.

Enjoy, xo
