Abs are the HARDEST!!! Well, for me at least. Those of you who know me, know that I am constantly struggling to work on that part of my body. Since creating a page with Pinterest, I’ve become like a kid in a candy store. Workouts galore! I’ve gotten soooooo many ideas from here and tried lots of them. I’ts really fun to switch it up, and your body constantly needs to be challenged. Little by Little I am growing my mini home gym for when there is no time to hit the gym.
